John Richter- Senior Pastor

John and Kim planted Oxford Vineyard with their four children (Ana, Sarah Beth, Jonathan, and Maria) in 2009 after a transformational encounter with God. They are responsible for overseeing the vision and mission of the church. Equipped with a Master’s degree in engineering from the University of Dayton, John is a professor at Miami University and works as an engineer. John leads the teaching team, provides ministry oversight to the executive staff, and is an enthusiastic catalyst for power and servant evangelism and prayer ministry at the Vineyard.

Kim Richter- Senior Pastor

Also a graduate of the University of Dayton and a lifetime resident of Southwest Ohio, thanks to her experience as a mom, educator, and coach, Kim brings a compassionate angle to ministry at the Vineyard. Serving in various capacities including prayer and kids ministry, hospitality team, leading small groups, preaching occasionally, and providing a directional voice to the staff, Kim builds for the kingdom and drives Oxford Vineyard toward its mission and vision in everything she does.

 
 

Josh Jones- Executive Pastor

Josh is a member of the teaching team, small groups director, and Oxford Vineyard’s location leader for School of Kingdom Ministry. A lifelong learner, film buff, and foodie who loves to give away what he’s been given, Josh has worked to equip the church in different aspects of prayer ministry for years. He brings decades of crucial experience from his time ministering in Hawaii, Kansas City, and the Cincinnati area. Josh brings profound friendship with God and a knowledgeable, prophetic voice to the Vineyard family.

Lynne Jones- Executive Pastor/ Worship Pastor

Lynne brings invaluable experience to the team having served as a worship leader with other Vineyard churches and para-church ministries before joining the Oxford Vineyard team in 2015. Lynne, her husband Josh, and their son, Isaiah, have a history of cultivating forms of community in Oxford for years. In addition to teaching and equipping in different capacities, Lynne plays a critical role in organizing the weekend service, volunteers, church events, outreach, and worship training.
